It's been a long time since I created these tutorials (2003-2004), they were all provided in SWF format and were relativly small in filesize.
However, due to an update in the Flash Player, the tutorials seemed to halt or would not play at all. This was due to a bug in the inbuilt player.
I have taken some time to remaster all of the courses in MP4 format. I have not changed anything within the course content, simple made them more user friendly and watchable once again! It's amazing that 8 years later, we still use these languages today!
